Specialist contracting company Marshall Electrical is positioned for growth following support from the Knowsley Growth Hub.

Since establishing the company in 2012 company directors Tony Erskine and Paul Marshall have achieved commercial success across the UK with Clients including Cartier’s on Bond Street London, the new Liverpool FC Stand and the Echo Arena Exhibition Hall to name a few. However Tony and Paul recognised that to remain competitive they had to continue to meet the demands of their clients, who increasingly expect ISO9001 accreditation as standard.

With a clear objective to pursue accreditation Tony Erskine originally contacted the Knowsley Growth Hub for support around achieving quality standards; however upon meeting with the team he soon took advantage of the wealth of support available.

Through the Business Support Programme specialist consultants were commissioned to advise Tony and Paul on the requirements of accreditation resulting in Marshall Electrical successfully achieving the ISO9000 accreditation. They also accessed specialist consultants in other areas including website development, the outcome being a new website to promote Marshall Electrical to a wider audience.
