What is Project ARGUS? Project ARGUS is a National Counter Terrorism Security Office (NaCTSO) initiative, delivered by local Counter Terrorism Security Advisors in conjunction with other agencies including the local authority, which explores ways to aid you in preventing, handling and recovering from a terrorist attack and to improve your preparedness for disruptive events. What you can expect? This is a completely FREE event which takes you through a realistic scenario using a multi-media simulation to help you understand how the emergency services and other agencies respond to major incidents. You will work individually and in small syndicate groups with other local business representatives to face a series of questions and challenges. The event will touch on business continuity, resilience and recovery issues as well as the emergency response phase. No prior preparation or specialist knowledge is needed. The whole event, including a coffee break, will last three hours. | |||||
