TERMS & PRIVACY POLICY
Knowsley Chamber of Industry & Commerce (The Chamber)
delivers business support, training, events, workshops, seminars
and business advice. We also have links with Halton Chamber and St
Helens Chamber in relation to International Trade.
EVENT, WORKSHOP OR SEMINARS - BOOKING, TRANSFER AND
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Online bookings through the website will be processed through
PayPal;
2. Bookings can also be made by telephone / email. Payment
methods are credit / debit card or by cheque;
3. Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of payment, and a
tax invoice will be raised and sent out to the delegate(s);
4. Provisional bookings will not be accepted;
5. Any request for cancelling or transferring a course must be
either faxed or e-mailed to The Chamber;
6. Cancellation and transfer fees are as follows:-
a. 3 working days notice by the delegate enables a transfer to
another event, seminar or workshop to the same monetary value (no
charge for transfer);
b. 1-2 working days notice the full fees remain payable
7. If a booking is not cancelled or transferred and the delegate
does not attend, full fees remain payable;
8. Only 1 transfer can be made per booking and confirmation of
the new course must be made by The Chamber. If the delegate does
not attend, full fees remain payable;
9. Substitute delegates can be made at any time without extra
charge. The Chamber needs to be advised in advance of the name of
substitute delegates so that the Form of Attendance is correct and
complete;
10. Discounts on fees for events, workshops and seminars only
apply to members of Knowsley Chamber of Industry &
Commerce;
11. The Chamber reserves the right to change the programme,
presenter, venue and alter or cancel published dates without
liability.
CHAMBER MEMBERSHIP
Payments for becoming a member of The Chamber can be accessed
through the "Join Online" section. Refunds on membership do not
apply. If you wish to find out more information about membership
