Please ensure you have completed payment through Paypal. 

Please note by submitting this form you are agreeing to pay a £25.00 administration charge or the full cost of the event price (if other event costs have been incurred by the Chamber) if you fail to attend the event and do not give 5 working days notice prior.  A £25 fee is also applicable to our free events if you fail to attend and do not give at least 3 days prior notice.
