Davey’s Chemist is dedicated to healthcare and health improvement for you and your family.

John Davey, Founder and Managing Director of Davey’s Chemists has been a qualified pharmacist for over 30 years and is committed to delivering positive health outcomes to his patients in Liverpool, Knowsley, Sefton and Trafford.

When John first came to Liverpool to study Pharmacy, in 1981, he fell in love with the City and made it his home. On qualifying as a pharmacist, he worked in several pharmacies, and chains nationally and within the City as a locum. In 1987 John purchased his very first pharmacy in Huyton, Liverpool. John had found his passion and a very friendly, loyal and supportive neighbourhood. A great place to live and work.

Over the last 26 years John has taken great pleasure in looking after the health of the communities in which he works, he is even now seeing a 3rd and 4th generation from the families he first began his career with along with the same team we started with.

John is very much settled in Liverpool with his wife and three children and would like to thank everyone who has supported his career and business over the decades. It is appreciated and our customers are valued.
