After 10 years as First Ark Group, the Knowsley-based social housing and impact business was rebranded as Livv Housing Group.

Livv is the parent company of Knowsley Housing Trust (KHT), KHT Services Ltd and Vivark.

We were the first group structure of our kind in the housing sector when the parent company was formed in 2010 and we’re on a journey that puts people at the heart of everything we will do.
