In support of the Ministry of Defence and the Defence Relationship Management Team, our two Regional Employer Engagement Directors (REEDS) – Jan Cox and Vicky Doran, work closely with businesses across the region. Vicky covers: Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cumbria and Jan: Merseyside, Cheshire and the Isle of Man. Together, they aspire to establish enduring and mutually beneficial relationships with businesses across the NW.
We advocate the benefits of supporting those within the Armed Forces community by encouraging businesses and organisations to sign the Armed Forces Covenant and to engage in the Employer Recognition Scheme.
