Do you want to find out more about how to be mindful, not just in the workplace but in your daily life too?   Then this session is for you.

The session will cover

  • How training the mind cultivates excellence
  •  Meditation practices and reflections
  • How to be a more mindful communicator
  •  Using a DISC analysis to understand your personality preferences, how they drive your behaviour and what happens when you overplay your strengths .

 

The session will be facilitated by Lee Fishwick and Mo Keegan from Transform Lives Company a social enterprise that supports people who have had a curve ball in life thrown at them, to look after themselves, build confidence and support them into volunteering opportunities and employment when they are ready. We also offer half day/ day Leadership retreats, supporting leaders to refocus and connect with their inner wisdom.

Lee Fishwick

Lee captures and communicates the essence of mindful approaches whilst remaining grounded in the realistic day-to-day challenges of running a small not for profit organization.

Mindful practitioner – teaching, sharing and cultivating mindful approaches for 30 years.

Breathworks Mindfulness Based Approaches, teachings and retreats (2012)

Current Role – Director Transform Lives (Since 2013)

Lee has applied mindfulness-based approaches in his work as a university lecturer, a deputy head teacher, a project leader in an Education Excellence (private education consultancy) and to his own adventure as a husband, guitarist, gardener and loafer.

Mo Keegan

Mo Is an Organisational Development specialist who brings a mindful approach to dealing with the varied challenges organisations face and ask her support with. She is also an executive coach, problem solver and joins up the dots to arrive at solutions, She has a vast experience in leadership development, from working in this area for over 30 years, supporting leaders to be aware of how their preferred personality style effects their performance and strategies for being adaptable to achieve the best from themselves and their teams.

Mo loves to test her own limiting beliefs which she has done recently by cold water therapy, firewalking and throat arrow snapping.

Current Roles – Managing Director of MK Consultancy and Community Coordinator and Coach with Transform Lives.

This is a free event, however the terms and conditions of booking indicate that failure to provide at least 3 working days notice will result in a charge of £25 plus VAT per person.
