Lesley Sullivan (TEP), Private Client Lawyer, has over 12 years of experience in dealing with private client work and is STEP qualified. STEP qualification means that clients can rest assured that Lesley is among the most experienced and senior practitioners in the field of Trusts and Estates.
Lesley core role is to advise wealthy individuals and business owners in relation to their personal affairs and their inheritance tax position. This can often lead to drafting Wills with business trusts and also discussing lifetime estate planning. If clients also have personal advisors, Lesley works closely with them, to ensure a fully rounded level of support is achieved.
Lesley also has experience of complicated Wills and can help and assist executors who are dealing with estates by advising and assisting them with the administration process. In addition, Lesley will advise trustees and act in the capacity of a professional trustee.
