The Business Resilience programme is an initiative designed to give business leaders in the Liverpool City Region the opportunity to step back from the day-to-day and refocus on their strategic objectives.
Open to businesses employing 10-250 people, the programme will support business leaders in addressing their key barriers to growth. Delivered by SME specialists from BDO, business leaders and their senior management teams will have access to a bespoke business diagnostic session aimed at providing a practical action plan to focus on. Ongoing support from BDO will support business leaders in meeting their new growth targets.
For a small investment of their time, business leaders will be given the tools, techniques and clarity they need to ensure their business remains sustainable and ready for growth, despite current challenges.
