Fully Funded Women in Leadership Programme

Chamber Member Raise the Bar has just launched their fully funded, Level 5, Women in Leadership qualification. With an emphasis on celebrating Women in Leadership and diversity as a whole, this programme aims to inspire, motivate, and empower current female leaders and stimulate future talented women to meet their potential.

The programme, accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management, explores the key strategies for leadership and development objectives to meet career goals and inspire a shift in mindset.

In addition to the qualification standard requirements, the programme also addresses imposter syndrome, the power of female rage, dealing with unconscious bias, believing your inner voice, and championing yourself. As well as enrichment activities which address ‘taboo’ topics such as stereotyping, menopause, hepeating and progressing your career after maternity.

Who is it for?

The programme is suitable for people who are working in roles such as Operations Manager, Regional Manager or Department Manager.
