The Kickstart Programme offers a fantastic opportunity for local businesses to create 6 month work placements for young people aged between 16 – 24 years.
As part of the programme local employers can benefit from:
– Fully funded placements at National Minimum Wage for 6 months at 25 hours per week.
– Funding to support training and equipment needs
– Knowsley Works will support your business with the application and recruitment process
– Knowsley Works will provide a dedicated contact to support your business and the young person throughout the placement
– Access to a range of other services
