Local training gurus, Authentic Training, was recently selected by Greggs PLC to deliver Initial Teacher Training courses for three members of their national logistics team. The course has gone down well and is a great endorsement for our local trainers.

Kirkby based Authentic Training, have a wealth of training experience across education, business and the third sector. The founders, Kris and John, have more than 35 years of teaching and training between them and set up Authentic Training here in Knowsley nearly three years ago. They offer a broad range of training services and can fit the criteria of their training courses around the needs of a business. Authentic Education also connects local employers to funding which is available for training across the Liverpool City Region and can subsidise many of the training courses they deliver and can help businesses access up to 70% of course costs.
In 2019 Authentic Training were selected by Greggs PLC to deliver the Level 3 Award in Education and Training to three of their ADI (Approved Driving Instructor) Trainers. The three national ADI Trainers cover a large geographical patch and hundreds of drivers for Greggs. Their National Logistics Manager decided that the Level 3 Award in Education and Training qualification would help his team to be more effective and even better teachers.
