Overview: Knowsley 2030 is the development of a new, long-term strategy for the Borough. Work is ongoing to build an evidence base, informed by statistics and insight, about how Knowsley looks and feels today and the priorities for the next decade (2020-2030). This Business Roundtable event is an opportunity to gather views and first-hand experience from local businesses on the challenges and opportunities Knowsley presents as a place of business. The event offers you, as representatives of local businesses, the chance to contribute to the evidence base which will form part of the foundations on which the strategy will be built in the forthcoming months.

Aims: to gather first-hand insight from local businesses in order to contribute to the development of a new long-term strategy for the Borough.

Objective: to gather insight on a broad overview of the opportunities and challenges Knowsley poses as a place of business according to representatives from local businesses.  Topics of discussion will include; transport & connectivity, wider infrastructure, local workforce & skill set, support and networks, impact of LCR, entrepreneurial culture and atmosphere.
