Vibe, formerly Knowsley Youth Mutual, is a youth organisation dedicated to supporting young people through a range of inspiring and inclusive clubs, activities and programmes. We support young people to strengthen their relationships, improve their self-esteem and enable them to strengthen their bonds with those around them, ultimately creating positive and vibrant communities that we can all be proud of.
Support for young people is needed now more than ever. Despite this, there has been a 62% reduction in funding for youth services since 2009. We want the young people of Knowsley to have the opportunity to choose a positive path and avoid making negative choices, despite the challenges they may face due to the environment in which they live.
At Vibe, we are offering a renewed and reinvigorated approach to youth services in Knowsley and across the country. But we know that we can’t do this alone, so we are asking for your support to make it happen, for our young people and for our communities.
In April, we will be officially launching as Vibe, and will host an event to share with the business community our vision for the future of youth services and how we are going to achieve our ambition. We would love to see you there.
