Liverpool business law specialists Glenville Walker have advised on the acquisition of established cleaning supplies distributor J and L Supplies (North West) Ltd by Oliver’s Cleaning.

The deal sees Lee Oliver, who has been a loyal customer of the Knowsley-based business for over 20 years, acquire the company from owners Derek Brown and Malcolm Lynch. The acquisition represents a strategic move to expand Oliver’s Cleaning’s operations across the North West, building on the strong foundations and successful trading history of J and L Supplies.

Derek and Malcolm will stay with the business to support the growth plans for up to five years as part of the deal.
