Week two – The Art of Happiness, empathy and compassion leads to a healthier and more fulfilled life, second addition to meditation technique to build on previous week
Week Three – Changing habits and beliefs to productive ones, third add on to meditation technique to build on previous weeks
Week Four – Revisit learnings over the period from each member to notice the journey, group share, leading to final meditation add on and to bolt on the Meditation Practice so you meditate to become better AT LIFE, not meditation
Each week allows you to add to the foundations of the previous week so you will notice big shifts in thinking and emotions for the better.
