New Member Update: Everton FC

Our newest member needs no introduction. They are one of the biggest football brands in the world and they are right on our doorstep…

“Everton Football Club is delighted to become a member of Knowsley Chamber of Commerce.
Founded in 1878 and one of the founding members of the Football League, Everton Football Club is proud of its long-standing history and successes in Premier League Football.”

In recent times, the Club has embarked on an incredible journey since investment from majority shareholder, Farhad Moshiri.

Since July 2018 the Club’s headquarters have occupied the seventh floor of the iconic Royal Liver Building, with the development winning North West Business Insider Commercial Fit-out of the Year for 2019.

The Club has recently completed a month-long second stage public consultation on proposals for an iconic new waterfront stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock and legacy at Goodison Park, which will bring new opportunities, raise aspirations and create new legacies. The People’s Project will deliver a £1billion boost to the local economy, create new jobs and deliver meaningful and lasting change to both local communities and the international profile of the city and Liverpool City Region. The Club remains on track to submit planning applications for both sites before the end of 2019.

During the summer, the hospitality lounges at Goodison Park underwent a complete renovation to road test new stadium ideas and offer existing hospitality lounge members a taste of things to come.

Kemmel Healey, People Director, and Julia Pulford, Business Development Executive, are delighted to join Knowsley Chamber of Commerce and are excited to engage with the Chamber and all its existing members. They are especially looking forward to sharing best practice business ideas, engaging at networking events and building new relationships with the wider business community of Knowsley and beyond.
