Sergeant Michelle Devereaux is now the single point of contact from Merseyside Police for businesses based on the Knowsley Business/Industrial Park. Her aims are to prevent and detect crime within the industrial/business estate, address crime and policing issues affecting the business community and build partnerships with business owners and stakeholders .
During the current climate Merseyside police understand the significant impact on businesses and the increased need for business vigilance. Operation Penny has been implemented which has seen an increased Hi-Visibility patrol around vulnerable business premises during the lockdown period.
