The Momentum Group has appointed Karl Clawley as Associate Director to lead the facilities management and property management teams at the Group.
The Momentum Group provides property management, facilities management and retail delivery services to its clients. The Group has seen significant growth since its inception just two years ago, supporting property investors, landlords and occupiers at work and home.
Karl has held senior positions for Merseyrail, Manchester Arndale and more recently as Director of Shopping Centres at Westgrove Group and Savills, as a Centre Director where he delivered a community focussed shopping centre whilst creating a positive customer experience establishing partnerships with investors, retailers and visitors. With over 20 years’ experience in retail, facilities and property management, Karl has delivered customer experience and innovation to all projects he has directed on delivering increased productivity, cost saving and a unique service experience.
