If you are an employer who is thinking of giving a young person a fantastic opportunity to train as an engineering apprentice with your organisation, there are a lot of Government financial incentives to help you.

Or if you are an engineer working in a company where you feel there is potential for your organisation to employ an apprentice, please show this message to your employer.

North West Training Council will help in recruiting the right apprentice for your organisation.

Not only will they train your apprentice to the highest standards, theywill provide you with constant feedback on their progress ensuring they reach their full potential for them to become an asset to you.

It is going to be a very difficult year for young people leaving school, if you or your organisation can help in employing an apprentice, please do so.

The NWTC will work with you from day one right through to the end of the apprenticeship.
