As pandemic restrictions are eased and more and more people return to the workplace and customers come back to premises we need to make sure everyone is ready. We are not all the same place. Some of us are very keen to get back to workplaces and being around more people whilst for others this is a daunting prospect. We must make sure all of our employees are in a good place with their mental wellbeing.
Chamber Member, Evolving Mindset, deliver accredited First Aid for Mental Health qualifications and well-being programmes to help organisations embed a positive mental health culture within their workplace. They have a proven track record of supporting organisations to reduce absenteeism and improve productivity as a direct result of their training and qualification programmes.

Evolving Mindset ensure their training and qualifications are delivered by qualified Mental Health Nurses, who support participants to develop potentially life saving skills, by equipping them to have the competence and confidence to help colleagues in distress with supportive non-judgmental conversations and support, as well as providing education and strategies on how to improve and maintain their own mental well-being.
Evolving Mindset facilitate both in-house training and digital packages for organisations with a minimum of 10 learners, for a fee of £999 for Level 2 Award in First Aid for Mental Health (1 day) and £1499 for Level 3 Supervising First Aid for Mental Health (2 day) (these can also be delivered on a weekend as to not disrupt operations if requested by the customer).
As a social enterprise, the surplus generated from the delivery of Evolving Mindset training and qualifications enables them to provide essential, free mental health & well-being programmes for adults and young people in the Merseyside area. They have been able to provide free support to over 1000 participants since inception in 2019, thanks to funding and the surplus they have generated.
