Liverpool-based, property management company, The Momentum Group, has secured two property instructions on Dale Street in Liverpool for Glenbrook Investments – Temple Square and a private client – Princes Building – both Grade II listed buildings in the city.
The Momentum Group will provide property management services and facilities management for both Princes Building and Temple Square, Dale Street bringing their expertise and quality assured bespoke personal service for their clients.
