Come join the Volair Super Stars Day at Knowsley Leisure & Culture Park as they host a FREE, fun day of activities and challenges that encourage families to be healthy and active!
All sessions can be booked at reception or by calling 0151 443 2200.
Enter a business team in the Superstars Competition and employees can enter a 1 mile fun run.
If that is not your style why not try out the swimming pools, BMX Track and Velodrome, or the Gym? In the Gym you can take part in tests from the superstars competition and a range of fitness classes to sample including Spin and two sessions designed especially for all the family.
There will also be a family/children’s activities area and you can sample some of the taster treatments.
All of the above activities are free and they will also have a gala and food and craft stalls on site.
