TASK has been around since 2004 providing names and phone numbers of reliable, vetted tradespeople to older and vulnerable Knowsley residents. Many service users now use TASK as their only point of call when needing a job done.
TASK are now recruiting new traders to the scheme and would welcome enquiries from both established companies and start-up businesses. There is an annual fee of £100 and they will consider a quarterly payment plan for start-ups. You will need to supply references, DBS checks and insurance documents. TASK ID badges will be issued.
All service users are asked to give feedback on any work they have done and that way the scheme is constantly monitored.
