Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council is looking to receive quotations from suitably qualified bidders for a Framework Agreement for Specialist Consultants for the ERDF Funded Liverpool City Region Integrated Business Growth Programme.
During the last three years the Business Growth Programme has supported over 250 Knowsley businesses with specialist one to one consultancy. Following a successful bid to extend the programme, the council is now looking to recruit consultants in the following lots:
- Marketing and Sales
- Tendering and Bid Writing
- E-commerce and Websites
- Accounting
- Quality Assurance Systems
- IT Projects
- Management
- Human Resources
- Health and Safety
- Digital and Social Media Marketing
- Mobile Digital Applications
