Pamela Langan is our newest chamber member and owner of a successful consultancy company that helps individuals progress within their careers and helps businesses become more efficient by streamlining their processes, increasing sales and running leadership courses that ensure motivation and increased productivity.
Pamela says “I started off 10 years ago coaching on career progression, working with a number of individuals from non-executive business owners to executives of large organisations on a 1-2-1 basis, this quickly escalated into consulting on business strategy and planning for growth”
Pamela is an experienced career and business coach who has helped many people achieve their career and business growth goals. She is also an accomplished public speaker and fellow of higher education.
As the consultancy side of the business took off there was less time available for 1-2-1 coaching which gave Pamela the idea for the Career Success Club, an online membership hub where for a monthly fee members receive a step by step guide to progressing in their career along with a whole library of resources to allow members in their own time to develop their professional skills.
