3D Training is offering a 90% funded CMI Level 3 Skills Bootcamp designed to help aspiring and existing managers develop their leadership, communication and people management skills.

The programme includes practical, real-world tasks and content tailored around employer priorities, helping businesses build confident and capable leaders.

• Dates: Fridays, 29 January – 19 March 2027 (7 sessions, excluding 19 February for half-term)
• Time: 9am–5pm

• Cost: £136 per person for eligible SMEs (90% funded) or £408 for larger businesses (70% funded).
