Nugent has launched an extraordinary international challenge set against the breath-taking landscapes of Jordan’s Wadi Rum desert. Taking place from 27 February to 6 March 2027, the Nugent Wadi Rum 100km Trek, Summit and Petra experience will see participants travel across one of the world’s most dramatic desert environments, climb to the summit of Umm ad Dami — Jordan’s highest mountain and explore the ancient city of Petra.
The challenge offers supporters the opportunity to step away from everyday life and into a powerful, immersive experience that builds resilience, connection and perspective. From walking across red-sand valleys and sleeping beneath the stars, to standing at the highest point in Jordan and exploring one of the world’s most remarkable heritage sites, the journey promises to be both physically demanding and deeply rewarding.
Jo Henney, Chief Executive of Nugent, said:
“This is an incredible opportunity for people to challenge themselves while being part of something much bigger. Experiences like this bring people together, build confidence and create memories that stay with you for life, which reflects what Nugent is all about.”
