Working Well is excited to host an important and engaging Men’s Mental Health event delivered by CHughes Coaching in partnership with Tower Hill Community Hub.
This workshop aims to break the stigma surrounding men’s mental wellbeing by creating a supportive space for open and honest conversation.
The session will explore key topics including imposter syndrome and burnout. Attendees will gain practical tools for recognising stress, managing self-doubt, and building healthier coping strategies.
The event will also highlight how sport and physical activity can positively influence mental health, offering simple ways to boost mood, resilience, and confidence.
