We are delighted to be able to host another workshop provided by Maureen Gildea Therapies & Wellbeing. Maureen is a Wellbeing Practitioner, Coach and Trainer, an adult and youth Mental Health First Aider (accredited by Mental Health First Aid England) and a Working Well Ambassador.
Maureen has delivered these sessions on behalf of the Working Well, Public Health Programme previously to Knowsley Chamber members and we have received fantastic feedback from delegates who have spoken of the lasting impact of attending this workshop.
- The workshop will begin by exploring stress and anxiety and the effects it has on our emotional, mental and physical wellbeing
- It’s educational and also interactive as attendees will not only learn about empowering techniques that will help improve their overall wellbeing but will practise these within the workshop
- Attendees will leave feeling calm, relaxed and empowered with their own personal toolkit of practises and techniques to counter balance the stress and anxiety we may experience in our daily lives
Join us on 14th April for an empowering and informative session designed to support emotional, mental and physical wellbeing and to connect with others.
Registration: 9am
Event start time: 9.30am
Event finish time: 12pm
