Partnership for Learning Charity is hosting a Christmas Afternoon Tea for older members of the local community across South Liverpool and Knowsley, helping to bring people together during what can often be a lonely time of year.

Many older people face social isolation due to mobility issues, ill health, financial pressures, or a lack of family and social connections. Events like this provide an important opportunity to enjoy companionship, make new friends, and feel part of their community during the festive season.

The charity is expecting around 60 guests and is appealing to local businesses for support. Donations of any size, whether financial contributions, raffle prizes, festive treats, or gifts, would be greatly appreciated and will help make the day extra special for those attending.

All supporters will be acknowledged on the day and across the charity’s social media channels.
