Home Start Knowsley are currently hosting six counselling students and can offer free, confidential adult counselling for employees living or working in Knowsley.

Home Start Knowsley ar also keen to raise awareness that we have a neurodiversity support offer, which may be helpful for employees who are:

• exploring their own diagnosis or assessment pathway, or
• navigating support for neurodivergent children and young people at home.

In addition, their perinatal mental health support, Flourishing Futures, may be particularly relevant for employees who are pregnant or going on maternity leave.

All of these offers are outlined in the attached document and are designed to support employee wellbeing, reduce stress‑related absence, and add social value through investing in a local Knowsley charity.
