Hot Curl Pilates, located at 12 Telegraph Way, opened its doors in October 2025 and has quickly become a valued addition to Kirkby town centre. Founded by Elizabeth Ball, the studio offers a wide range of Pilates and wellness classes, including mat Pilates, dynamic reformer, meditation, and tailored sessions for men and young people aged 13 and over.

The studio is also the first in Liverpool to offer both instructor‑led and on‑demand reformer classes, making this increasingly popular form of exercise more accessible to the local community.

Hot Curl Pilates continues to grow its presence in Knowsley, and this award nomination reflects the impact the business has already made since opening.
