The Kirkby High School Careers Fair will take place on Tuesday 3rd November 2026, bringing together a wide range of professionals and education providers to help students explore the many opportunities available to them after school.
Each year, the event continues to grow in size and impact, providing students with valuable face-to-face experiences with organisations from a variety of sectors. The fair aims to broaden young people’s understanding of the pathways available to them, including employment, apprenticeships, further education, higher education and training opportunities.
By engaging directly with industry professionals, students gain practical insight into different career options, helping them make informed decisions about their future aspirations and educational journeys.
School representatives are encouraging organisations to get involved and share their expertise, experiences and opportunities with the next generation. Participation offers a chance to inspire students, raise awareness of career pathways and showcase the diverse opportunities available within local and regional industries.
“We know that our exhibitors play a vital role in making the event a success,” a school spokesperson said. “Their attendance provides students with valuable insights and helps them understand the many different routes they can take to achieve their goals.”
