A new Knowsley-based construction supply business is bringing together traditional merchant services and specialist offsite manufacturing to help contractors improve efficiency, reduce waste and save valuable time on site.
CALDAV Trade Services, based in Kirkby, was founded by Calum Wyatt and Dave Furlong, who bring more than 40 years of combined experience within the construction industry.
Established with a clear vision to provide a smarter, more commercially focused approach to construction supply, CALDAV combines extensive product knowledge and practical site experience with a genuine understanding of the pressures facing today’s contractors and developers. The business supplies a comprehensive range of construction materials, including drylining, insulation, passive fire protection, ceilings, facades, tools and fixings.
What sets CALDAV apart is its hybrid approach. Alongside its merchant offering, the company provides specialist offsite cutting and manufacturing services, allowing materials to be prepared accurately before they arrive on site.
This approach can help contractors reduce on-site labour requirements, minimise material waste, improve accuracy and support greater programme efficiency.
