The results reflect Livv’s commitment to helping customers build brighter, more secure futures through practical support, targeted services and strong partnerships.

Key achievements in 2025/26 include:

  • 295 people gained employment with support from Livv
  • 856 customers were supported to remain independent in their homes for longer
  • 2,847 customers were helped to improve social inclusion and access wider opportunities
  • 2,716 young people were supported to increase their aspirations and achieve their potential

Lisa Olsen, Executive Director of Customer Insight at Livv Housing Group, said:

“Supporting more than 3,400 customers to improve their financial wellbeing is a significant achievement, particularly at a time when many households continue to face financial challenges.

“We’re proud to have generated £64.8 million in social value this year. Behind that figure are thousands of positive outcomes, helping people to become more financially resilient, improve their wellbeing and access new opportunities.”

Livv’s impact was driven by a range of community-focused programmes and partnerships, including employment and skills initiatives, financial wellbeing support, health and wellbeing projects and investment in local social enterprises supported by the Livv and Flourish Fund.

Through the Livv in Your Community programme alone, Livv invested £71,750 in 14 local organisations, helping 1,224 customers reduce social isolation and strengthen connections within their communities.

Building on this impact, Livv is preparing to deliver its new Community Investment Strategy 2026-2029, with a continued focus on financial wellbeing, employment and skills, mental and physical wellbeing, digital inclusion and opportunities for young people.
