Community organisations are being invited to apply for funding through Livv Housing Group’s Livv in Your Community Grant Scheme, with applications now open for projects that improve mental wellbeing, reduce social isolation and strengthen community connections in the places where Livv customers live.
The scheme offers grants of £1,000 to £6,000 to voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) organisations delivering activities that support Livv customers and communities in Knowsley and the wider areas Livv serves. Successful projects will take place between 1st October 2026 and 31st March 2027, with activities running for a minimum of four months.
Funding is available for projects that bring people together, strengthen community connections and help residents access support, services and opportunities within their local area. Priority will be given to organisations that work in Livv neighbourhoods and can show how they will engage Livv customers through their activities.
Last year, Livv awarded £71,750 through the scheme, supporting 14 community organisations to deliver activities that made a positive difference to local people. From mental health and wellbeing sessions to digital inclusion programmes and warm spaces, the funding helped hundreds of residents access support, build connections and feel more connected to their communities.
Wild Warrior Wellness was among the organisations to receive funding through the 2025/26 grant scheme, using the funding to deliver wellbeing activities that helped women and families connect with others in their community.

Examples of projects that could receive funding include parent and child groups, community advice sessions, digital inclusion initiatives, outreach programmes for young people, and exercise or social activities for older residents that incorporate wellbeing, financial or learning support.

Funding is not available for fundraising activities, political or religious campaigning, one-off events or sponsorships. Projects may receive funding from other sources, but applicants must demonstrate how Livv’s funding will enable additional activity, reach more people or expand the support they currently offer.
Applications close on Friday 21st August 2026, with successful applicants being notified by Friday 28th August 2026. Grant awards will be made by Friday 25th September 2026.
