If you’re a small business owner (or part of a small team) who started out because you’re brilliant at what you do – your service, your product, your craft, and then discovered you also have to sell it this is for you.

The Sales Super-Charger is a short, practical programme designed to help Chamber members turn great work into consistent sales – without gimmicks, pushy tactics, or scripts that don’t fit your personality.

Across three consecutive Wednesdays (09:00am – 11:00am), you’ll work in a small group, face-to-face, on the parts of selling that most often stall deals: getting traction early, asking better questions, and building value so price isn’t the only thing prospects focus on.

These are interactive, hands-on sessions built for real small-business sales conversations – whether you sell a service, a product, or a mix of both.

You’ll leave with practical tools you can use immediately in:

  • Follow-ups that move things forward
  • Quotes and proposals that dont get parked
  • A simple sales process you can repeat (and teach to others)

Session 1: Understanding relationships and grabbing attention

Learn simple techniques to:

  • Build rapport quickly (without forcing it)
  • Start conversations that feel natural
  • Make a strong first impression that keeps prospects engaged

Session 2: Understanding your customers needs

Improve your questioning and qualification so you can:

  • Uncover what the customer actually cares about
  • Spot time-wasters earlier
  • Move from sounds good to clear next steps

Session 3: Building value and managing your sales cycle

Get practical tools to:

  • Build desire and urgency without being pushy
  • Handle price conversations with confidence
  • Create a simple sales process that helps you close more consistently
