My name is Sophie Hughes, and I am a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach dedicated to helping individuals, teams, and communities build strength, confidence, and sustainable healthy habits.
My journey into fitness hasn’t been straight forward. Like many of my clients, I understand what it feels like to start from scratch. Having transformed my own lifestyle and mindset, I made it my mission to support others in realising that positive change is always possible—no matter your starting point.
Today, I work with a wide range of clients, from complete beginners to those looking to take their fitness to the next level. My approach is supportive, realistic, and results-driven, focusing not just on physical transformation, but on long-term wellbeing.

- Seasonal Bootcamps – High-energy outdoor training, particularly popular in the summer months, designed to challenge and inspire.
- Active Living Programme for Care – Gentle, person-centred movement sessions designed for care home residents, using chair-based exercise, resistance bands, and low-impact training to support mobility, wellbeing, and quality of life. I also offer staff training to enable teams to confidently deliver sessions as part of daily care.
