University of Liverpool Management School will soon launch the Race Equity and Culture Transformation (REaCT) Toolkit – a powerful, evidence-based resource designed to help organisations foster inclusive and equitable workplaces.

This launch event will introduce the Inclusive Culture Framework, featuring tools that can help you:

– Assess your current equity landscape
– Set meaningful race equity goals
– Build accountability into systems and leadership. Take practical steps toward lasting change

You will hear from practitioners and leaders who have been engaged during the development of this toolkit and there will be opportunities to ask questions and explore how it can be applied in your organisation.
