Vibe UK is a team of expert youth workers delivering impactful training and programmes across key sectors such as health, crime, and education. Their work is underpinned by a unique relationship framework that helps communities and young people become more self-aware, confident, and purposeful.

Their approach is both responsive and adaptive, meeting the diverse needs of individuals. Every programme is shaped by young people themselves, empowering them and their families to develop independence, confidence, and self-esteem — the essential foundations of a healthy self-identity.

By doing so, Vibe UK helps create connected, supportive communities, acting as a catalyst for positive, lasting change.

Our Vision

Our Mission

A world in which everyone can thrive, find positive meaning, and connection.

All youth delivery is underpinned by the RF4 framework, based on the belief that stronger relationships lead to better decision-making.

At the heart of Vibe UK’s work is the RF4 Framework, which focuses on four levels of relationships.

By strengthening relational competence, young people are supported to:

“With so many young people today not feeling properly supported by their community, we wanted to do something to help unlock genuine opportunity for the youth. It’s truly inspiring to see Vibe youth workers engaging… building bonds and making a positive impact.”
