Preparations are well under way for Willowbrook Hospice to open the doors of their new fashion and home store in Kirkby Town Centre on Tuesday 30 April 2024.

The new fashion and home store will open in Unit 9 at the Kirkby retail development (opposite The Coffee House) from 9.00am until 4.00pm Monday to Saturday.

Willowbrook Hospice is a specialist palliative care unit based in Prescot, providing high quality care and support for patients, their families and the community and our new outlet in Kirkby will help to generate the much-needed income to provide this invaluable support to local people.

Willowbrook needs volunteers with opportunities available from Monday to Saturday from 9.00am until 1.00pm or from 1.00pm until 4.00pm. The voluntary role includes accepting donations, sorting, steaming and tagging donations, merchandising, arranging displays and providing customer services.

No experience is needed as full training will be given as well as travel expenses and free tea and coffee for volunteers.
