DTM Legal and FinTech North have announced a joint Liverpool event, “Navigating Risk 2026: Resilience and the Year Ahead”, bringing together FinTech, InsurTech, compliance, cyber and policy stakeholders to explore the risk agenda shaping financial services in 2026.
The event takes place on Thursday 29 January 2026 (4:00pm–7:00pm) at Barclays Eagle Labs, Mann Island, Liverpool, L3 1BP, and will conclude with a dedicated networking session for attendees to continue discussions and explore collaboration across the regional ecosystem.
The session will examine how the sector can better understand, manage and insure against emerging threats including financial crime and fraud, cyber security, AI-driven vulnerabilities and the limitations of current insurance models and how innovation and partnership can help close gaps in resilience.
