Join us for an exciting event with Chamber Members, Westminster Associates.

Every organisation hits moments that change the rhythm of how people work together. Sometimes it’s something positive, like landing a major customer or completing a tough project. Other times it’s a shift in the environment, rising costs or a key person moving on. Moments like these shape how teams show up, how they pull together and how they perform.

This session will help leaders and teams make sense of those moments rather than just power through them. We use a blend of research-backed thinking, simple but powerful models and practical tools that people can take away and use immediately. The aim is to help you diagnose what is really going on in your organisation, build stronger relationships and create the conditions for high performance. Expect a mix of ideas, discussion and hands-on exploration. Nothing abstract for the sake of it, nothing that sits gathering dust after the session. It is grounded, useful and built for real organisational life.

What We’ll Cover

We’ll introduce 8 elements that shape organisational and team effectiveness, along with the thirty-two indicators that sit beneath them. These act as a clear diagnostic as well as a way to track progress over time. They help teams step back, talk honestly about their strengths and pressure points and decide where improvement will have the biggest impact. You’ll have the chance to explore how your own organisation and teams measure up and to discuss your reflections with peers from across the Chamber network. By the end, you’ll have:

  • A clearer view of the factors influencing your performance
  • A practical way to assess where things are working well and where focus is needed
  • Tools and ideas that help you have better conversations and take better decisions
  • A set of insights you can use straight away, not just stick in a drawer

Our Approach

Westminster Associates has been doing this work for more than twenty years, partnering with Boards, CEOs, founders and senior teams across the UK and internationally. Our work blends psychology, leadership practice and real-world experience, and we focus on creating the kind of conversations that spark meaningful, lasting change.

Whether it is supporting cultural integration after an acquisition, helping founders and CEOs transition smoothly or strengthening collaboration and inclusion across a business, our aim is always the same: to help organisations create cultures that perform and teams that work well together.

Clients describe authentic, professional, respectful, supportive & trustworthy – these are our Values and we try our best to live up to that every day.
