This interactive Working Well women’s health event will focus on improving health, wellbeing and confidence in the workplace, with a particular emphasis on supporting women at different life stages.

The session will be co-delivered by Sophie Hughes Fitness and Janine Lee, bringing together practical fitness guidance and evidence-based female health expertise. Sophie Hughes is passionate about making fitness accessible and achievable for busy women, sharing simple ways to build movement into everyday routines. Janine Lee, a qualified Nutrition Professional (MN.Nutr), female health advocate and Working Well Ambassador, specialises in workplace wellbeing and is dedicated to making female health conversations more open, inclusive and accessible.

Together, they will explore how small, sustainable changes can have a meaningful impact on physical and mental wellbeing, workplace productivity and overall quality of life. The session will include practical tools and strategies covering areas such as increasing daily movement, managing stress and energy levels, and understanding the impact of menopause and midlife on health and working life.

This session will also challenge common stigma surrounding women’s health in the workplace and provide employers, managers and employees with realistic actions to help create more supportive and inclusive workplace environments where staff feel valued and able to thrive.
