The Across Mersey Swim took place on Saturday 24th September. The organisation ran like clockwork in the now well-established management of the event.
The follow up feedback from almost 200 swimmers, safety crews and all involved has been really positive.
The attendance of two Lord Mayors from Wirral Jeff Green, and Liverpool Roy Gladden was symbolic in the city region collaboration for this amazing historic and iconic event.
We look towards 2023 and the 30th Anniversary of the swim with confidence as we continue to develop the year-on-year profile and impact of the swim as a major sporting adventure, community, and charity event, that raises thousands of pounds for over 20 nominated charities.
