At our 11,000 sq. ft. facility we have a comprehensive workshop and the capacity to assemble automation for production systems, whether as a simple stand-alone machine or cell, to a complete assembly line or facility. Our services also include retrofits to existing automation, system upgrades, retooling and facility health checks. In making these improvements, we integrate any third-party equipment and adhere to the latest legislation and directives. We specialise in providing ‘Poka Yoke’ (error check) systems to eliminate defects in the production process. Our engineering team uses the latest design tools, SolidWorks and Eplan P8 to achieve a quality assured and ‘Good Manufacturing Practice’ (GMP) engineered solution.
ESA can provide either full turnkey projects or simply can just supply component parts, spares or products along with site support from our own engineer’s supplementing the customer’s workforce.
