Enrich Education Limited

Enrich Education is a Social Enterprise that is focused on creating additional opportunities for children and young people to take part in a wide range of high quality learning activities, both inside and outside of the classroom. We encourage children to achieve through learning, to gain recognition for their achievements and to raise their aspirations to succeed in the future.

The principle activities through which Enrich Education achieves its aims are: Children’s University, Outdoor Learning and Adventurous Activities, Sports Coaching (including PE lessons), Holiday Activity Camps and one-off school events, including Quidditch tournaments.

Children’s University is a hugely popular and widely acclaimed national charitable trust and Enrich Education holds the license to deliver the programme in Knowsley and 5 other surrounding boroughs. Knowsley is one the longest established Children’s Universities across the county, having been formed in 2008, just a year after national CU was established.  CU is an aspirational programme that rewards and celebrates the learning young people undertake outside of the classroom.  Participating schools have a graduation ceremony every summer at Liverpool Hope University, where young people who have achieved enough extra-curricular learning attend and receive their national certificates.  An element of CU encourages partnerships with other local organisations and businesses, to provide innovative and exciting learning opportunities in different settings.

Outdoor Learning and Adventurous Activities includes orienteering and team challenge and collaboration games.

Sports Coaching include after school and lunch time clubs, along with delivering the PE curriculum. We have a highly skilled, experienced team of sports coaches.

Holiday Activity Camps can be booked for us to deliver on a school site during the holiday periods and include sports, arts and performing arts activities.

One-off events, including Quidditch tournaments for schools can be used as links to World Book Day and Science week and other areas of the curriculum.
