Griffiths & Armour’s principal business activities can be broken down into three main pillars, all of which are designed to reduce the likelihood, effect and cost of risk to our clients. These are:
1. Insurance Programme Design
Our purpose here is the effective design, negotiation and transfer of clients’ risks to the insurance market. Both day-to-day and strategic advice are provided to the client team in this regard also.
2. Risk Management
Regardless of whether a loss is insured or not the avoidance of incidents occurring in the first place remains of paramount importance. Our in-house risk management team advise on all aspects of risk mitigation and avoidance.
3. Claims Management
Should the unfortunate occur, our in-house claims management team, based in Liverpool, are there to support our clients, negotiate the best results from the insurance market, is the greatest efficiency possible. Our clients attest to our deliberately different approach in this regard, where we seek to be involved in claims negotiation rather than leave our clients at the mercy of insurers.
4. Information Technology
Each of the above are underpinned by IT solutions that have been designed in-house for the benefit of our clients in meeting governance requirements, reducing administration and enabling analysis. Importantly, all of the above services are delivered in a holistic manner, from the same location in our Liverpool Head Office.
